Children’s Rights in Health Contexts in Portugal
Coordinated in partnership with Professor Maria do Céu Machado and Assistant Professor Sónia Borges Rodrigues, this book explores fundamental rights that are essential to improve children’s lives in different health contexts.
The book was launched at the 24th Portuguese National Paediatric Congress, on Thursday 24 October 2024 in Vilamoura, Portugal.

In 2022, I started my own Children’s Rights in Practice book series. The first book of the series is a short guide for doctors, nurses and other health care professionals wanting to know more about child rights and how to apply them in the context of their work.
